Awful customer service!

For a company that claims they are higher end than Sephora they sure have some work to do customer service wise. I had bought some shampoo & conditioner. ($50 each btw) and wanted to return the conditioner but did not have a label and good luck finding any information on their website... I used their chat function and engaged in a chat to ask how to return the product and the person on the other side just ghosted off the chat. I mean it was still up and running, but after 15 minutes of my typing in "are you still there?" and not getting a response I closed the chat with "Jessica." I then tried to email them. Through their website ( and I got a confirmation back saying "Thank you for your email" so I know they got it ) FOUR TIMES over five days. No response. I then found their team @ bluemercury email and sent them SEVEN - yes, SEVEN emails. No response. I finally filed a complaint with my credit card company to get it resolved. What a simple issue to fix and they cannot answer customer emails or chat messages. Buyer beware!
