I have been a Cox customer for over 15 years. There is no cable competition in this area, so they are able to raise prices and charge what they want. Also, they lie about what the bill will be and what you are actually charged. This has gotten to the point of ridiculous. I am going to cancel and go Roku. Also looking for an alternative for internet and WiFi. User's recommendation: Go Roku.
