I have gotten nothing but the run around. I want to surprise my husband and go up to connecticut i have had nothing but trouble with amtrak. got my travel plans put cant get it paid. i got gift cards like you suggested still cant get it paid at this point you should give me the trip for free. im 79 and my husband is 80. i have been sent here there and everywhere you can think of. we are to leave the 18th of june and return july 23. someone please get back to me ASAP I want this taken care of NOW. time is running out.
