I was really interested in your floor plans but when I called the Benson office, I believe, the sales rep was extremely condescending. I don't know if he assumed that I didn't have any money because he kept on saying the house upgrades cost a lot of money and the houses are real expensive. I'm looking for a price range around $275,000 to $325,000. I don't think that is a really cheap house price but I guess you only except millionaires. The arrogance the salesman had is not a good way to show future prospects your beautiful homes. Hopefully, the next time a customer calls their not treated that way. User's recommendation: Be aware.
