No boots, no refund

They sent the boots I ordered to the wrong address. Since it was delivered, they won’t issue a refund. User’s recommendation: Avoid Sheplers and Bootbarn, same company.

I ordered boots and I could have have free shipping. But I opted to pay $9.00 for 2 day shipping. Not knowing at the time that the 2 day shipping only starts when they actually ship the product which could be a couple of days or longer. So just dont expect your item (s) in 2 days... Read more➤
I ordered a pair of boots from shelpers/BootBarn. I got a size that was too big, so I simply wanted to exchange them. I was told they do not do exchanges, only returns. I sent the boots back to them and 4 weeks later I have not gotten a refund. After 20 plus email back and forth.... Read more➤

Inadequate quality

regret if you connect LIVAS! Very bad of cable TV, TV channels constantly jump, you can not keep track of what you really Tv Channels is a. Permanent damage, cable TV does not work, you can even sit without a TV for a whole week, there are no discounts for missing days. Operators are unqualified, rudely respond to customers, do not want to help solve problems, do not speak english at all, or speak an incomprehensible english language... Very negative attitude, as if they have too many customers. I do not recommend such a nightmare to anyone, I try to get rid of them, even it is difficult to do, because the application must be submitted in the original,and have to go to Teika elsewhere not accepted. Vienvar saying before they enter into a contract in mind 10x, still paspesi LOTI regret.
