A new Kaspersky is not adding to my original Kaspersky

I bought a new Kaspersky and installed it but is not adding to my remaining 7 days. I’m worried I’m going to get viruses if my 7 days runs out. Why is this happening?

Do not use livenetwork support

They talk really fast-and are kind of rude-I felt like it was my only solution to being locked out of my computer. On the phone forever and it was exhausting.
