Appt scheduling system dysfunctional Web page seems to be doing some sort of data checking, slowing it until it is unusable. Then, if you finish, it tells you the time slot you chose is now unavailable. And forget about reaching anyone by telephone. And forget about reaching anyone on the phone. User's recommendation: We don't have many choices, do we?
