Aon has a big job to do and they do it poorly for AT&T retirees

We painstakenly gather reciepts and info. per the supervisor with aon and send it in. On three seperate occassions, the data got mailed to a wrong address {PO box} because the PO Box number got changed and we were not notified of this litttle fact. Yes......it should get fowarded to the correct box, but that failed to happen. .I can't imangine why the address keeps changing and I can't get anyone at AON to tell me why. Don't know who is running this ship, but they need to be tightened up. Also the aon website is not as user friendly as it should be..The reps are on the phone lines User's recommendation: get ready for hassels and frustrations.
