My account has been suspended for months and Freewallet support will not answer my many email requests to tell me how to unfreeze the account! Just generic emails sent and no specific instructions nor requests for an account verification process!

Opened account since 2017 but currently I cant do withdrawal transaction since my account is suspended. I have made a support ticket but there has been no action Please help me. ID: 2b77fc03
