An EMT by the name Vicky
My son broke both his ankles and was taken to the ER on the evening of May 31, 2018. He was given proper treament and was discharged around 2am, June 1 2018. We arrived home but we found out they forgot to give him prescription. So we went back to the ER. At the counter, we politely asked a lady with a name tag Vicky, an EMT, for the prescription. She was rude, arrogant, gave us all the hard time and talked to us with an attitude. She did not even try to see our documents. She treated us with no respect. "Vicky, you do not fit in your vocation with your unprofessional attitude!" But, an older lady by the name Nancy came and she helped us. Nancy was the opposite of Vicky. She was very polite and very professional. She took our documents, went inside, and in few minutes came out with the forgotten prescription. She even gave us advice for proper administration of the medicine for my son. "Ms Nancy, you have our utmost respect and gratitude!" To JPS Management: "IF YOU CARE FOR YOUR INTEGRITY AND PRIDE, PLEASE RECTIFY THIS ISSUE."
