I'm so sleepy because it's been1.11.38 hours on the phone with T-Mobile customer service. Nothing accomplished. Got to wait to get a supervisor, too tired to talk ,have serious illness. This happens every month. My phone and internet work but not at the deal stated. Have you heard of EBB for internet. I have a confirmation number that they said was valid ,but now it doesn't work for my plan. They get you to sign up for stuff and then don't give you the deal. My phone supposed to be free. Now the date was one day late. They manipulate anything to get a buck. User's recommendation: Finish later.. Document everything, I'm going to FCC when I feel good enough to get up.
