Agent rude

Agent spoke to me in a manner that made me change my mind about spending money with car shield. The promotion letter I received and the amount quoted by agent was very different and when I said I would call back if I decided to accept he offer, he said to me good luck with those repairs. User's recommendation: I would not recommend to anyone.
