Hi The Gym Group, I have been tring to call you since I got this email, but I couldnt reach any of the team. Can I ask why I have been charged the administration fee? It is true that I have tried to cancle the membership with the bank but I cancelled it eventually. I have no idea why I am charged and I want to get a refund of £15.
