Update by user Mar 11, 2019 I need to add that I love these contacts and will continue to wear them. I just wish they would stop playing these games with their consumers. They are the leaders in the field and don't need to annoy and bother us. I would be really happy with them as a company if they didn't have this rewards program. Get your promotions department to come up with a better strategy, cause this one is making people dis-like you as a company. Which in the long run is a bigger problem. Keep your brand image strong and healthy. Original review posted by user Mar 11, 2019 I bought a year's worth of contacts that I didn't need to get the $200 reward. Big mistake, don't do it. They issued me a $100 reward even thought their paperwork states clearly the reward for my contacts is $200, and last year I received $200. Here is the problem. If they don't want to honor their rewards, they need to stop making these offers. We as consumers deserve honesty. I feel misled and tricked, and it's a lousy feeling. I really am less concerned with the reward, and more bothered by their dis-honesty. I would like to file a formal complaint against them with somebody. Anybody have any suggestions?
