Accredo: Completely incompetent

Unfortunately Accredo is the specialty pharmacy Cigna contracts with to dispense certain medications. It took 12 calls to get a medication shipped. From prescription date to shipping date was 6 -7 weeks. Total and complete incompetence. Not for lack of perceived effort by some of the phone reps, but do not trust that something is being elevated or passed on to another team to look at--CALL BACK AND CHECK. User's recommendation: Report the incompetence to your insurance company, so Accredo loses the contract and they find a more competent provider.
