Couldnt use there antiquated site so complained snd asked for help. Didnt get the help. Was trying to pay for an item but they also knew my IP address which is very odd. They then accused me of all sorts and said my IP address didnt match my home address. It wouldnt, I have a VPN on all of my devices. I left a bad review on a few sites due to their TERRIBLE and PARANOID customer services. I then got a barrage of abuse and totally incoherrant emails threatening me with legal action and posting all of my contact details including photos on ratebuyers.com. User's recommendation: ABSOLUTELY NOT.
