I ordered a wig from ewigs for my Mum as a surprise as she has total hair loss due to alopecia. It was late arriving, very thin and you could see her scalp through it when she tried it on and was also a different colour from the picture on the web site. It showed as being a beige blonde and when we got it the colour was almost grey it was so ash. I have been trying to get a refund for over a month now and they are saying every excuse in the book not to refund me. They are total time wasters and a bad company to deal with. Never again will I order anything from them and would advise everyone to steer clear of them or end up with a product that you cant use.
