BUYER BEWARE!!!! I called customer support because I wanted to purchase the cover of my Fitbit 2! It has a few small cracks and I thought before it breaks entirely I want to replace! Brandon told me they dont sell or service. I said I wasnt asking for service just the part so I could replace myself. He said theres nothing he can do! NICE! He told me others have asked so write a complaint! Cant get new online on other sites, only covers with scratches- shame on Fitbit! User's recommendation: Product good just don’t expect service!
