I purchased 3 tickets on this website for a total cost of $260, only to find (out after the purchase) that the tickets at the venue costs only $33 each, which would've totaled $99 (had I bought them at the venue). BUYERS BEWARE!!! : 1) Tickets you buy at secureboxoffice.com may end up costing almost 3 times the price of the tickets at the actual venue. 2) Their no-refund policy is NOT clearly stated on the home page or the final transaction page of their website. Instead, their No-Refund policy is BURIED deep in their "Sales terms and Privacy Policy" which is accessed by clicking on an intentionally grayed-out hyperlink at the bottom of the page. 3) Their manager (who offered what amounts to a $60 store credit) was more than prepared to, and quickly blamed me for my predicament, telling me that I did not read the fine print.
