Also tried to contact the manufacturer of Dexilent (Takede). They leave you hanging on with a recorded message saying someone will be with you shortly. tried 5 days in a row. Noone ever answered. Had the same problems last year with getting refills.
These losers scammed my elderly parents. They insist on having a bank account # and then continue to make unauthorized withdrawals until you close your bank account. They refuse to issue a refund for an Rx they never received! User’s recommendation: Run! DO NOT give them your bank account # for ANY reason!
