A refund for a TV cabinet.

My complaint is a response to a refund to which I sent a reminder e - mail. I ordered the item on 13/07/21 and returned before delivery, as it was too small. I was told this was acceptable. As I had not received a refund, I sent an e - mail on 05/08/21 asking for the refund. I received a response on 06/08/21. The e - mail stated apologies and I will receive a refund with thanks for bringing the issue to the attention of Wayfair. I am glad to receive the refund but I should not have had to ask for this as it should have been automatic. The system of refunds needs to be more efficient.
