Received a recliner chair that is impossible to recline! You use the arms to push back and it just won't push. We tried everything. The only way to get it to go back is to lift the footrest, which one cannot do when you are in the chair. It is junk and defective. Customer service told me I can't return since we put the chair together! WTH??? Of course, you put something together to use, so what they are saying is you cannot return anything. I will never shop here and I am reporting this all over the place and called my card company.
