I emailed them regarding a dress i ordered in the size i wear It was too small. I was told that the order was correct and they do not do refunds unless it is their fault. It was cut too small that is their fault. i responded to them... It is unfortunate that your company does not have a return policy, except on your terms. I feel this is not good customer service and I will never order anything from you again. I will make sure to tell everyone I know to be aware of your company and its ridiculous return policy. I have not heard anything else from them.I have a credit account with sears but i will never order from this company again. Very Dissatisfied customer
