I called twice to resolve a missing order the first time I called the person phone was static I could hear anything she said and she didnt have the decency to call me I know she knew about my order and she got all mmy info but she didnt call me back or send me an email , the second person I called was wonderful iam so glad I got him sorry I didnt get his name he is the best at coste service and make my experience so easy thanks to him and Macys and just and advice I know many people are working from home but at least call or send an email if unit and User's recommendation: Macy’s above all is the beat to shop with confidence I always shop in person or on line I love it.
