Too long to explain. I would like a return call to talk about my poor and flat out avoidance to fix my problem. 7 weeks later still waiting for a corrected bill and total. To this day I do not have a invoiced bill. The store manager Brian Franklin has not helped our problem he makes it worse by not returning calls and then he told me he would resolve it by Friday and call me to correct it. 6 days later no call again. My first 4 calls to him went unreturned the 4th call I said in the message I will be calling corporate if I didn't get a call back today(surprise he did call then but did not follow through once again.
