I received this dish as Christmas present and was so ex item to use. I opened the box to use today to make my first Dutch oven bread. When I took out of the oven, the knob on the lid broke off. There is nothing left to hold on to even open it. Very the frustrating. I know it came from Macy's, but when I called them they said since "I" did not purchase the warranty was not valid. This is an expensive give that should hold to to be used as directed. Please help!' Missy
