So we bought a 43'Diamond TV from hifi in Mitchell's plain took a extended guarantee on the TV, 3years after a black faint line appeared on the TV which was still in good condition, we took it to hifi in Kenilworth center, it was sent away and we were called to collect our TV because it was fixed.On arrival my husband asked to check the TV before taking it, to his surprise it was neva fixed and found out it was neva sent away, they then sent it away, we got a call a few weeks later saying that it could not be fixed but we can get the exact same TV, he went in to fill in the paper work just for them to tell him that the diamond range is discontinued, and we can only get credit for that amount which is pointless because we bought the TV when it was on a special and again to our surprise in store there is a 40'Diamond TV for R300 more so why do we need to pay the extra if it's a downgrade on the inch and we've been given the run around, it's the last of the range anyway... I just don't understand. C.Swarts
