400 gwl led issue

I was trying to find out if there was an alternative to replacing entire fixture. Did not know because could determine what fixture was or if they could replace it. Did not get back to me.as stated.with suggestions. Went to local electrical contractor parts shop and bought an exact replacement for $47. Nice price for a unit that only lasts seven years. Light bulbs give a better performance

》 This probably isn’t your fault… I bought a flat panel LED light 1×4. When i ordered the box there was only the light and nothing else. I’m sure someone opened this box and took everything else out.
