My sister and I ordered a fish plate, my sister asked Ruben (csr) she wanted coleslaw instead of the fries n he said he couldn't change the order because he had already summited her order with fries...very bad customer service, then 25 minutes had gone by and we still hadn't gotten our plates...we finally got them, and the fish was over fried..so my sister took our plates back another guy came out probably the Manager, he started cussing at my sister. Wow I couldn't believe it..he didn't give us our receipt back...He was mad because we asked for our money back due to poor customer service and the fish was over cooked. Thank you
