When I made the reservations I was told that if I canceled my reservation I might be able to get the $19.99 service fee refunded when I talked to the customer service rep. So I believed that this was an option. But at the time of the cancelation I was told I would not receive a refund. I feel that the employee I talked to, should have made it clear that there wouldn't be any chance of a refund.. I called to cancel one month prior to the date reserved. Thank you
