15kg Twin Tub Washing Machine Issue

We purchased the twin tub washing machine at Game Somerset Mall on the 07th September 2019. 3 months into using it, their were issues with the spinner. I called Game to have it replaced, they inturn called Defy, who sent a technician out who supposedly "fixed" it. They assured us that they will replace it, should the unit still be an issue. The spinner broke down for the 2nd time, where Defy was contacted it and they never replaced it, but continued to send someone to "fix" it. We have escalated this matter with Game and Defy, when the spinner of the unit broke down for a 3rd time. The manager of Game did come back to us and the manager of Defy Western Cape ignored our request, saying that it is out of CPA. After calling Defy's global server centre, they fetched the unit, saying they need to replace parts after a technician was dispatched yet again. The unit was returned and the spinner has broken down for the 4th time. A technician was dispatched yet again after we told Defy we want the washing machine replaced and they said that some buffer needs to be replaced which shows that nothing has been done when they fetched the unit. The spinner of this unit is currently still not in a working state.
