Poor customer service
Customer service - none. One day glad I went to Telstra to pick up the installment phone. The phone was not on site, so it was ordered from another store. I think at times I will also switch to from one operator to Telstra. After 2 days he calls and says he can go by phone, BUT here the story begins. I am asked if I pay the entire amount in cash or by card? It turns out that I can't even pick up the phone until I'm a customer.
