Shoes Never Received

I ordered a pair of shoes un June of 2018 and till haven’t received them. This company needs to be shut down. Exact same story, 40$US and ever received the item

Tried to reach them by email a few time. Mary respond a few times, saying that they will ship the item again and provide me a tracking number. But I never received the tracking and neither the item. Clearly a SCAM!
