$100 order not yet received from May 9yh

I have an Order #2660**** that was ordered on May 9th and tracking has not moved since May 26th. Today is June 9th and nothing. That is over a month waiting on this order. This is a huge order and I want something done about this. My consultant has called in and only sits on hold. I am right now on the phone and have been for 45 minutes waiting to talk to someone. I understand things happen in shipping but having to sit on the phone for over 45 minutes to get through to customer service is unreal. User's recommendation: Plan on being on the phone for a while waiting to get answers.
