Wow! I was in a rush and thought this was the fastest way to pick up my order but I was wrong! My order # 112340**** was placed at 6:18pm and waited an hour with a crying infant in my back seat! I even sent my son inside at 6:33pm aka pick up time to check on it and they just said, dont worry, it will be ready in a bit so we continued to wait and still took them an hour to come out! I will never use this service again. Its supposed to make it easier for us during these difficult times but this is worse! Im just glad I wasnt on my 30 min lunch at the time because I wouldve went back to work with no lunch at all. I dont understand at all and Im very upset ! User's recommendation: Don’t do curbside pick up if you’re in a rush.
