Charge 4

I purchased my new Charge 4 in September 2020, the face seems to be fading, all the numerals and symbols have black lines running thru them, it is slowly getting impossible to read. I have checked the surface of the screen and it is not scratched. I have changed the clock face and the same thing occurs. What can I do a out this the device is not even a year old. cid:6B2FCE0E-628A-485F-B448-D02E8888EFBE cid:E5D9FCF3-DC6A-4E31-98E4-ECA22E4B811D User's recommendation: Finally got hold of customer service and they sent me a new Fitbit with no quibble.
