I've ordered probably 100 or so screens from cellular medics. I've had relatively minor issues in the beginning. They implied that I was at fault for the faulty LCD. Then, after about 3 orders of exceptavle screens I ordered 15 premium screens to have the majority of the screen have faulty LCD's(twitching or jumping). After getting the run-a-round for about 2 weeks the sent me 11 replacements and assured me that it was highly unusual for them to have such an issue. So along with the 11 replacements I ordered 15 more screens from cellular medics only to have 17 with faulty LCD's(cloudy). The LCD are turning white as if it was a frosted window. No positive contact with cellular medics have been made. Just excuses and lies. It's like talking to a shady used car salesman. I can't begin to put a dollar amount on the money I have lost due to the poor quality of the products and customer service. Good luck to anyone who plans on doing business with cellular medics.
