No response. Hyundai’s customer service 180* *** ****, is a dummy org, whose sole purpose is to delay even more. They assured that someone will be assigned to review the case in 10 “business” days. After 12 “business” days no one was assigned and when asked about it they said they will reset the timeline!!!!!!!!!!, from the time of the second request. They said that is how Hyundai works.
User’s recommendation: DO NOT believe Hyundai’s warranty. NEVER buy a Hyundai.
