Duplicate order

Order said it didnt go throughthen was charged for two duplicate orders. Want a refund for second transaction User’s recommendation: Hard to reach by phone.

After the item was returned to eBags, I received an email that it takes up to 21 days for a refund to be issued. How about the customer taking up to 21 days for payment, does that work for your company also? User’s recommendation: Shop with another company.
I have read their return policy and completed the form to receive a return label. Every time it says “try again later.” Later hasn’t produced a form. If you fill out their contact form you get a confirmation that they received –NO additional correspondence is received. Next time I’ll buy from Amazon and not have this problem.... Read more➤

Resolved: Stay away!

Update by user Jan 30, 2020 the manufacturer finally answered my emails after I complained again to eBags. They offered to replace or let me return. I chose return. After this I received an email from eBags with return information; but they also indicated this was a “one time” courtesy. I was refunded my money minus the... Read more➤

VIASAT

By no means are you connected to VIASAT, I wanted to compare prices with other TV companies and stupid, I gave all my coordinates, mob. tel. no, address, e-mail. When I change my mind, because the terms of the contract are bad, they call me five more times, including managers, not just operators, every time a new person who knows nothing about the previous caller and the final of the conversation, so I told the same thing 5 times, and I wrote another email. Why are Oceancom no longer many favorite channels? - because VIASAT has asked for more money than this service is worth...
