Been waiting on the phone for more than an hour.A total waste of your time,day,energy, and anything you can think of. User's recommendation: Don't waste your TIME.

》 I puchased two mechanical recliners with warranty and last year both stopped working i call and a work order and nothing has been done.

》 Purchased additional 5 year warranty. Can’t get them to honor it. sofa is only 2 years old. Asked to be reimbursed since they were not going to replace one casing seat cover.
