I just need a technician to come check our mouse traps. We have paid for this service. Every time I call, Im put on hold for over an hour and then hung up on. Ive been promised someone will call me and I never hear from anyone. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Im enjoying trashing your company on Social media and will continue to do so until this problem is resolved. User's recommendation: Hire anyone except Terminix.
