The issue I had was taking care of a couple hours later it was a misdiagnosis on my part originally I thought it was the starter but it turned out to be the battery and I wanted to cancel the starter right away and the app wouldn't let me but then after a couple hours I was able to do so I'm sorry for all the confusion I've always had a good relationship with RockAuto in regards to parts that were ordered thank you for your concern
