I went on to big lots.com website to order two rugs for curbside pick up-I go through the whole process,I enter my card number and it asks me for an expiration date-big lots cards dont have expiration dates..it also asks for The number-big lot credit cards dont have a number - so you cannot place an order online...yet they dont tell you that.. so I called the Toms River store-they said to place the order on the website. Dumb and dumber...how stupid is this company User's recommendation: Last resort place to try to shop.. have to go in our son and dig thru their store to find what you want.
