Awful company to deal with

Awful!! I have waited for over 30 minutes on hold on every call I have made to them. They have a recording which states "we are having a high-call season" that is on through rhe year. Their service is terrible, they cannot answer the most simple of questions and they will turn your service off for a $40. bill just to make their $50. reconnect fee (this happened to a neighbor) . They also lie about call-backs... They told me I would get a call-back and I waited 8 hours for a reply.
