Neato battery not replaceable

My Neato D 8500 beeped and had message to put “on” switch on.The switch was already set to “on”. Upon checking the internet then Neato customer support twice, I was informed that Neato unit was problem and no remedy. They’d give me a 30% coupon for a new NEATO. Unable to resolve issue.

Told me its not throwing any error codes. The unit will not start up off the base with a brand new battery installed. Says battery is low but Ive left it on charge base for 3 days. Neato not working

Neato customer phone care is not available. Ive emailed Neato about this issue and asked how I can set up a support ticket so I can send my Botvak D7 Connected in for repairs. This is a 800$ robot and its not even a year old. I want my robot fixed. Can someone please help.
