As long as you know where your reward is!

I Needed a hotel this past Monday night. So I stopped by The Quality Inn, 3900 Fulton Industrial Blvd (SW) Atlanta, Ga. 30336. (404) 691-**** Invoice#045169****. As I entered, the desk clerk asked can I help you? Ireplied, Yes, I'm looking for a room. She says the rooms were $80.00 plus tax $19.99. I was surprised that tax was 25%. And then replied, I have AAA, AARP, and my Wyndham Reward number 15695****G. She said she'd give a discount, yet the next day my cc was charged $94.71 , $5.00 les than she quoted! I placed my items in the room, grabbed the ice bin, and proceeded to ice and a soda. I then discovered, their were no vending machines in the hotel. This business was selling retailed items behind the counter! All I wanted was a Pepsi, so I bought a 12oz. Pepsi from behind the counter for $1.50!! Then returned to my room. 8:25am Tuesday 12/24/2019, I went to the kitchen to get breakfast. I noticed that someone had pored water into the scrambled eggs, and the sausage! A couple arrived at the kitchen saw the same thing! Then a gentle. We were all very pissed. The juice machine as well as the coffie, out! I then got up, grabbed my camera and took a photo of water in the food. Minutes later the desk clerk came into the kitchen, I asked her if she was the one who pored water into the sausage and eggs? She replied, its the only way to keep them from burning! Needless to say by this time, Im not a happy camper. Riptoff! Tired, Overchaged, and a woman who does not have the slightest concept about food hygene! I also was at a Super 8 Motel the previous Thursday and Friday! Location was just north of Cordele, Ga. on I75. It caught my eye by a billboard advertising $41.99 (Single). I imediately pulled off the interstate to check on this deal. When I get to the desk I was told the price was $55.99 plus tax. Again with the same previous credencials, the price was the same. Now I have at least 10 more stories to explain, but I will not do this today, in the hope that someone at your headquarters cares about these hotels, the people these owners have working in them, get off your duffy, and come see these people honor the Wyndham name!! I have a photo, contact me at the number below and I'll post it. Les Robinson (754) 235-****
