I had a balance of 255 gal. left on my prebuy when I ordered my gas dec. 26, with 20% left in my tank. On january 9th I was at 5% and they hadn't delivered yet. On Jan 11th my gauge said 0, so I called again and finally got them to deliver but they only put in 200 gal leaving me with a balance of 55 with them. I suppose so that I would be sure to order with them again. Any company that will let you run out is not dependable. I will never order from them again. I've been with them since 2009 but not anymore.
