I received an Aero Garden as a gift and planted it on 9/22/20. My Genovese Basil and Thyme never germinated. I would like replacement pods for the above mentioned herbs. Please let me know how we can make this happen. Thank you in advance for your help with this matter. User's recommendation: You need to be persistent if you have a problem. They eventually get back to you but it was very difficult to get in touch with them. Maybe the Pandemic had something to do with it.
