$2,000 recliner chair clicking and can’t get in contact with customer service warranty department to fix the problem

My $2,000 plus leather recliner chair has be clicking and popping for the last 4 months and cant get in contact with customer service or the warranty department to come and repair and fixit. I paid for a 5 year service warranty and am not getting what I paid for and this chair was only 4 months old when the clicking and popping started. For $2,000 plus dollars after all of the discounts, I shouldnt be having these problems. I feel as if Levin furniture took my money and ran and will not honor their warranties that I bought on all of the products I bought from them. Im not a happy customer at all. User's recommendation: Don’t waste money with this company or buy their extended warranties. They will not honor those warranties even after they’re shut down which is total complete theft as well as a scam.
