Termination, Invoice

Hello. I wanted to give up Telstra services around the beginning / middle of May. I wrote a letter to mans. Telstra.org, I received a reply with an offer to keep the number. I refused again and stated that I wanted to refuse the services - I was ignored. I received my current invoice. I continued to write and object. I sent an e-mail on June 6. I am now re-invoiced for the full month of May and for the period up to June 14th. Why should I pay for Telstra unprofessionalism? For more than a month, Telstra did not interrupt the service from the moment of notification, tried to offer to keep the number, ignored my wishes, and in the end asked me to refund this period of time, which they delayed! I believe that I should only pay for the May period until I declare that I want to opt out. The SIM card has not been used for a long time before the moment of notification (so I decided to cancel the services). Due to the fact that I no longer have access to my.
